Property Overview
This
beach is located only 20 minutes from the airport and 3km north of the
Sarasin Bridge. At the same time, you are only 15 minutes
from Yacht Haven and Blue Canyon Country Club. Within 15 minutes
you can also find numerous 5 star hotels and restaurants. This is
a very quiet area where many larger land plots are owned by big sized
investors. Due to its excellent location, 2km from the main
highway, along the beautiful Andaman coast, this is one of the most
sought after locations in all of Phuket and Phang Nga. Sasin
University / Chulalongkorn is developing a larger plot to the south
while Russian investors have started building a project on 130 rai
consisting of a number of mega villas intended for the very wealthy to
the immediate north of this plot.
The Land:
The
land is rectangular in shape with approximately 170 meters of absolute
beach front and about 470 meters deep. Although mostly flat, it
slopes up a bit at the back. Today there are mostly coconut trees
on the property along with some other palms and bushes. The land
is served by a 8 meter wide access road at the back. The
beach itself is white and empty for people and stretches for several
kilometers both north and south of this plot. This is one of a
very few land plots available in greater Phuket’s prime areas of this
size and beach front.
